Three months after their injuries, 30 to 80 percent of players continue to have post-concussion symptoms.
These can include:
- Headache
- Fuzzy or blurry vision
- Nausea or Vomiting
- Dizziness
- Balance Problems
- Sensitivity to noise, light
- Difficulty falling asleep
- Sleeping more or less than normal
- Hard to think clearly
- Feeling slowed down
- Hard to concentrate
- Hard to remember new information
The more concussions sustained over the course of a lifetime can lead to lasing and progressive impairments, including CTE.
