College football devastated me physically and mentally. After years of abuse on the football field, today I suffer from the irreversible health consequences. As high school children this month committed to play college football as part of national signing day, they should proceed cautiously. While the NCAA may pay lip-service to concussions, it is questionable how high they prioritize the health and well-being of those in their care.
